We are exploring dinosaur planet, pretending we are paleontologists and discovering astonishing dinosaur facts!
During this exciting term the children will also be visiting the Oxford University Museum of Natural History and the New Central Oxford Library. The children will take part in an inspiring workshop lead by members of the Museum’s award winning education team and visit the library to explore the collection of dinosaur themed books as well as learn more about libraries!

We started our learning by looking at the island we live on. We used atlases to name, locate and identify the characteristics of the 4 countries and capital cities of the United Kingdom and its surrounding seas. Before moving on to look at the key build up to the fire.
