Welcome to Kestrel class!

Our theme for Term 3 Summer 1 is:

The Enchanted Woodland!

If you go down to the woods today you’re sure of a big surprise!

This term we will be heading out into our local environment in search for habitats of foxes and badgers, voles and mice, beady-eyed owls in the swaying tree tops.

We will be learning about and identifying deciduous and evergreen trees as well as matching a leaf to its tree. Can you match a petal to its flower?

Finally we will find out about British sculptor Andy Goldsworthy and create our own art work using materials we find in our school environment. Have a look through his work below, can you identify any of the natural materials he has used?

Happy New Year!!!!

It's 2017

Let's look back.....

Welcome back!

Our first theme this year is...

Scented Garden
