Welcome to Pallas class!

Are you ready for an adventure.....

Pack your suitcase ready for a trip to another country where you will find out about all 50 states that this country has to offer, as well as, the culture and landmarks. We will send a few postcards and emails along the way to tell you all about our adventures.

Make sure you have your boarding pass ready because in Pallas class we will be travelling to the United States of America.

Our theme this term:   Road Trip USA

STEM days - Year 4 only.

We will be welcoming into school STEM ambassadors again to embark on a bird box building project. These are a group of Year 12 students from Chipping Campden School.

They will be coming into school to help us design our bird boxes and then we will spend a day up at Chipping Campden school using the equipment in the DT department to make amazing structures. These were two jam packed and fun days last year and I'm sure they'll be just as fun this year.

We had an exciting term 5 in the Eagles...

Burps, Bottoms and Bile

During this term we went on a journey through our digestive system. We began the topic by finding out about human teeth and how to keep them healthy. We then had the opportunity to discover the components of the digestive system and discovered what happens to our food in our bodies.

During term 4, we found out about...

Gods and Mortals

We travelled back in time to ancient civilisation in Greece. During this adventure we found out about the Gods that lived upon Mount Olympus, particularly the powerful Zeus who ruled the land.

What an exciting term we had being scientific and looking at potions.

Throughout the theme there were many exciting creative activities, including creating clay potion bottles and bath bombs by following instruction which we all thoroughly enjoyed.
